The following waiver must be completed and turned in at registration for each event. 

Cancelation Policy

All requests for refunds must be made by emailing tara@corehky.com

You will receive a full reimbursement, with the exception of a $10.00 processing fee, per session enrolled, provided the notice of cancellation is received 10 days prior to the start of the clinic. No refunds will be provided less than 10 days prior to the start of the clinic, for expulsion from the clinic, for voluntary withdrawal from the clinic, or for injuries sustained prior to the clinic or at the clinic. Also, we are not able to issue credit for a future clinic or camp.

Overnight camps have seperate cancelation policies. You will find the camp specific refund policy in the registration information.

Inclement Weather Policy

In cases of inclement weather, all outside activities will be suspended until it is safe to return outside. In these situations, alternative programming will be offered to all participants. Refunds will not be given in instances where weather circumstances require alternative programming.
